Morning Routines

In my personal opinion, you can tell a lot about someone by asking about their morning routine. For one, anybody that puts thought into a routine is meticulous about their day and therefore has a higher rate of productivity. Additionally, morning routines are correlated to higher energy levels, less stress and better physical health - who wouldn’t want that?

With that being said, I am going to share with you my standard morning routine, the nonnegotiables that I do no matter if I am home, running late to work, or even on vacation. 

  • First rule, I do NOT touch my phone. Blasting your eyes with the light from the phone and reading texts/emails first thing in the morning is guaranteed to raise your cortisol levels. 

  • Coconut oil pulling, ice rolling, tongue scraping. I typically swish around the coconut oil for 20-30 minutes. During this time, I make the bed and get my morning cocktail ready (recipe and all supplements I take below).

  • Journaling/Meditation - I read an excerpt from my daily meditation book, jot down a line in my 5 year journal and add some daily thoughts and gratitude in my personal journal. Lastly I do meditation - sometimes it varies from one minute to thirty minutes depending on the day. 

  • Stretching and preparing for my workout. 

This may seem like a lot but this is what works for ME. Ever since I structured my mornings I feel like I have a sense of wellbeing, that I feel more confident throughout the day and my discipline to complete daily tasks has strengthened. If I could recommend anything that can help improve your health and wellness journey it is to incorporate a morning routine. Whether it involves a minute of meditation and envisioning your workout for the day or just a little movement to get your blood flowing, it is only bound to enhance your daily life. 

My Morning Cocktail:

  • 32 Ounces of Water

  • 1 GOOD scoop of Jigsaw Adrenal Cocktail

  • Squeeze of lemon for taste

  • Trace Mineral Drops 

Supplements: 

  • Once I drink that I pour another 8 ounces of water and drink 1-2 tablets of Dr. Mercola’s Hydrogen H2 Tablets 

  • I ALWAYS have 1 Quinton Hypertonic Ampule 

  • 1 Ritual Synbiotic on an empty stomach
